We're looking for a Retail Executive to be the face of our branch operations -- someone who can deliver outstanding service, manage front-line customer interactions, and support day-to-day logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers.
Handle shipment processing, billing, and daily reports.
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain accurate records and support branch performance goals.
What We're Looking For:
Arab nationality is preferred;
if not Arab, the candidate must have strong proficiency in the Arabic language

1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or logistics.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and customer care.
Prior logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
