We are urgently hiring a Guest Relationship Executive (Female) with strong hospitality, real estate, front desk, or hostess experience to join our growing team.

Role Summary:

The Guest Relationship Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming, and professional experience from the moment they enter our office or showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments

Provide accurate property information and promote company services

Maintain client records, appointment schedules, and follow-up lists

Coordinate with sales, leasing, and admin teams for smooth operations

Assist with promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities

Qualifications & Skills:

Female candidates only (with a professional and presentable appearance)

Immediate availability is mandatory

2+ years' experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or hostess roles

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools

Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude
