Requirements: * Qualification with a minimum of four years of related High:End Luxury Brand experience * Fluency in English required * Travel retail experience beneficial * Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members. * Previous experience managing and developing teams converting to bottom line results * Financial knowledge of Cash handling, banking, and working with budgets * Operational knowledge of a Retail Environment * GCC experience is beneficial but not mandatory Get in Touch:
