Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute seasonal brand campaigns, sale launches, and marketing updates across GCC retail stores.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and prepare detailed post-campaign performance reports.
  • Drive high-quality in-store branding and retail marketing execution aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct store audits to evaluate branding consistency and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Brand, Buying, and Visual Merchandising teams for seamless campaign rollouts.
  • Coordinate with production agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Communicate seasonal narratives and promotional strategies clearly across store formats.
  • Manage multiple retail marketing projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and quality standards.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail marketing or trade marketing within the GCC region.
  • Strong experience working with marketing production agencies and overseeing branding material production.
  • Solid understanding of store layouts, POP executions, and promotional campaign strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and project timelines effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
