Fintrek Marketing is seeking a skilled and performance-driven
Sales Executive - Personal Loan
to join our growing team in
Dubai
. The ideal candidate will have
at least 1 year of proven experience
in
personal loan sales
, either in the UAE or home country, with the ability to meet sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with top banks in the UAE and build a long-term career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell
personal loan products
to individual customers
Generate leads through
cold calling, referrals, and field sales
Conduct financial needs assessments and suggest appropriate loan solutions
Achieve or exceed
monthly targets
for loan disbursement and client acquisition
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
Accurately manage applications and adhere to
bank compliance regulations
Stay updated on financial products, features, and market trends
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
personal loan sales
(UAE or home country)
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
Confident in lead generation and closing sales independently
Knowledge of
banking products
and
UAE financial regulations
is a plus
Must be
currently based in the UAE
Immediate joiners preferred
