Job Role Requirements: * Quarterly BOE Audits of all Standalone stores - Ensuring stores get satisfactory results in their overall rating.
Quarterly Process compliance audit for all Centrepoint stores across all Emirates in the UAE
Monitor POS abnormal transactions and investigate the root cause for any fraud.
Weekly RESA reconciliation and ensuring all open items are properly knocked off
Identifying areas of concerns and making an SOP for seamless execution by all stakeholders
Ensuring all virtual locations are properly monitored and have been cleared with proper approvals.
Assisting Retail & Finance in clearing ageing stocks in terms of proper reporting and ensuring the same is properly segregated by store team before the stocks are written off or cleared from 3rd party location.
Ensuring to circulate monthly Stock Adjustment report after due approvals from Finance,
Analyzing negative inventory and ensure a plan of action is taken along with Retail Ops & Planning team.
Ensuring all compliances are adhered by all stores and all SOP\'s are relevant to current business processes.
Checking on loyalty program and all relevant financial frauds and initiating corrective actions.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Accounting or relevance
Added value for Diploma / Certificate course in Retail Audits or any Financial Accounting course
Experience:
Should have successful 3-5 years of experience in managing Retail Audits and Finance / Accounts roles & responsibilities.
