Job Description

Role Objective: The job holder will be responsible for managing BOE and Retail audits for the retails stores and functional areas across KSA. He / She shall ensure alignment with retail practices and comprehensive coverage of retail audit including cash and stock areas. Key responsibilities: Conduct store audits independently with limited supervision from stores audit lead. Ensure BOE audit execution as per BOE audit checklist Ensure coverage of all stores for audit (at least once a quarter/as per the plan) for which job holder is responsible Ensure execution of action plans based on the audit findings Escalate matters to regional heads/IA head as required; liase with Retail Operations / Regional Concept Manager for implementation of the action plan Provide timely inputs to Division / Concept teams (Area Manager, Regional Manager and Concept Head on Store operations Provide support to the IA Head as required for stock verifications, local investigations, etc. Perform the functional/operational audits as required / mandated by the IA Head Liase with Concept Retail teams to ensure alignment of retail practices / initiatives with audit checklist Liase/work (as required) with Loss Prevention team and ensure rollout of LP initiatives i.e. investigations, rolling out SOPs, reporting etc., Suggest actions to improve retail management, reduce shrinkages and minimize risks in retail operations Suggest areas of improvement and help business to implement and rollout any new practices. Help in training of Store Managers, Area Managers on Retail and BOE parameters and help share best practices, simplify work and improve store ratings Overall, responsibly turnaround and maintain high Retail / BOE audit scores Profile:

Skills and competencies: Good Knowledge of retail operations, best practices in store management and internal controls; Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to constructively work with Retail Operations Heads without direct authority, ability to identify and rollout initiatives that have substantial positive business impact, Some knowledge of Merchandising, Stock Management and Inventory processes, result orientation (i.e focus not just on audit reports but improving store operations), Teamwork & collaboration, Communication skills, Planning and organizing skills, Analytical skills, Attention to detail Professional experience: Experience in managing Store Operations / Retail Audit / BOE audit for 3-5 years. .
