Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering inquiries.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to customers.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting inventory.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
