Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure staff follow service standards, safety, and hygiene rules.
Guide the team on product knowledge, promotions, and customer service.
Handle guest requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Support cash handling, tip management, and accurate reporting.
Complete shift reports and checklists, and coordinate with other departments.
Lead by example in teamwork, problem-solving, and stress management.
Requirements:
2-3 years' hospitality/restaurant supervision experience.
Strong customer service and people management skills.
Good communication in English (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends and under pressure.
