. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for retail and wholesale operations. . Manage the recruitment and selection process for retail and wholesale staff, including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. . Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires, including orientation and ongoing training. . Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms. . Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. . Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA. . Partner with retail and wholesale managers to develop staffing plans and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained. . Provide guidance and coaching to retail and wholesale managers on HR-related issues. . Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. . Manage the HR budget for retail and wholesale operations.
