About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced

Retail & Logistics Manager

with

12+ years of proven expertise

in retail operations and logistics management within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end retail operations, supply chain efficiency, warehouse management, distribution, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions to ensure timely delivery. Develop and implement efficient supply chain and inventory management strategies. Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize costs. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across retail and logistics functions. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage and mentor teams across retail outlets and logistics operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

12 years of experience

in retail and logistics management, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE retail market dynamics and logistics operations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record in optimizing retail operations and supply chain processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
