The

Purchasing and Logistics Manager

will oversee the end-to-end procurement and supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of purchasing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier relationships, preferably within the beauty or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals. Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best terms for quality, price, and delivery. Manage inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock outs or overstocking. Coordinate international shipping and customs clearance for imported goods. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, maintaining strong relationships with key vendors. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain processes. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Prepare regular reports on purchasing and logistics performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of international trade and customs regulations in the UAE. Proven negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Korean or Arabic is a plus.
