Key Responsibilities: Reservation and ticketing through GDS, and various airlines portal. Designing of itineraries, and liaison with OTAs, Tour Operator, DMCS and Ground Handlers. Processing of Travel Related Services (TRS) Reservation through system and manually. Closing of sale, upselling, cross selling and switch selling. Communication with the customers both written and verbal, customer engagement. Communication with the suppliers both written and verbal. Abide and adhere with the given process. Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well versed with various GDS Systems, Online Booking Tools of OTAs, basic PC skills. Strong commercial sense and ability to conclude the business. Flexible towards working days and working hours. Qualifications: Graduate in Business or Tourism Experience: 2-3 Experience of UAE/ Gulf with travel company, tour operator, holiday company. Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
