Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Admin Coordinator to join our team and support daily retail operations. The ideal candidate mustbe fluent in Chinese and have strong administrative and coordination skills.

Coordinate day-to-day retail administrative tasks Maintain reports, inventory records, and sales documentation Assist retail team with scheduling, communication, and store support Handle email correspondence and data entry Liaise with suppliers and internal departments Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion

Requirements:



Chinese Speaker (Mandatory)

Previous experience in retail or administrative roles preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
