Your role at Exness:

You will focus on building a solid client portfolio and contributing to our continued growth and development in various markets and regions. You will be involved in the acquisition of new clients, growth of existing accounts through a value-based relationship approach, and ongoing opportunity management. You will work in a team of professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results.

You will:

  • Prepare and enable efficient sales activities with available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive demand for our products and services.
  • Establish professional and trustworthy relationships with active clients & introducing brokers to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
  • Research to find opportunities and identify clients\' potential.
  • Listen to customers and offer the best solutions to their needs and concerns.

What we expect from you:

  • 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial or trading industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in any field
  • Fundamental understanding of capital markets or financial services
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Ability to use advanced English for different work & business purposes
  • Willingness to relocate
