Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across assigned restaurants and dining outlets.
Lead, train, and motivate service and operations teams.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Drive revenue through cost control, menu optimization, and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the culinary, marketing, and finance departments for seamless operations.
Prepare performance reports and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of managerial experience
in restaurants or F&B outlets.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent understanding of UAE F&B trends and customer service standards.
Flexible, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
