We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Retail Account Manager (Italian - Female)

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products/services Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead Handle client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations effectively

Requirements:

Female candidates (mandatory)

?Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

?Proven experience in

key account management, sales, or business development

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

? Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

? Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
