Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager to join at 5-star Hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in food and beverage operations. As the Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and lobby lounge, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant and lobby lounge operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
• Train, develop, and supervise a team of servers, bartenders, and other restaurant staff
• Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet the company's standards of quality and presentation
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and lobby lounge
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent service standards and product knowledge
• Prepare and present reports on restaurant and lobby lounge performance to upper management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
• Knowledge of local food and beverage regulations and laws
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: AED10,000 plus service charge
