Job Summary

: The Cafe Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and leading the team to create a welcoming environment. They assist in managing staff, inventory, and sales while ensuring the cafe runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Operations & Customer Service

Oversee daily cafe activities, ensuring smooth service. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
2. Staff Management

Supervise baristas, servers, and other cafe staff. Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance. Train new employees and ensure adherence to cafe policies. Motivate and support staff to maintain a positive work environment.
3. Inventory & Supplies

Monitor stock levels of coffee, food, and other supplies. Coordinate with store for timely restocking. Reduce waste and manage inventory costs efficiently.
4. Sales & Financial Duties

Assist in cash handling and daily sales reporting. Upsell menu items and promote special offers. Ensure accurate POS transactions and reconciliation.
5. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain hygiene standards in food preparation and service. Adhere to company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

:

Prior experience in a cafe or hospitality industry (supervisory experience preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

* Food & Beverage: 2 years (Required)
