JOB DESCRIPTION:
Communicate with partner restaurants to provide support and resolve operational issues.
Assist restaurants with system setup, menu updates, pricing modifications, and promotional offers.
Handle technical issues related to the restaurant device or application (order receiving system).
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, logistics) to solve order-related problems such as delays, cancellations, or incorrect items.
Provide training and guidance to restaurant staff on how to use the platform and manage incoming orders.
Ensure restaurant information (menu, opening hours, contact details) is accurate and up to date.
Monitor restaurant performance and ensure service quality and partner satisfaction.
Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance partner experience.
Support onboarding of new restaurant partners and assist with activation and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
