Restaurant Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an active and responsible Supervisor to join our team . The Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations, supporting the staff, and ensuring high-quality service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff during shifts and ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Assist in training new staff and monitoring performance.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
Report to the management and support in day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurants/cafes is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibilities.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
