Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Restaurant Supervisor

to join our team at

Pizza Times

in JLT, Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality standards, and support the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations. Ensure staff provide excellent customer service at all times. Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, training, and motivating staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and shift checklists. Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen for supply requirements. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant. Assist in marketing promotions and up-selling menu items.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Restaurant Supervisor

,

Shift Leader

, or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and team management abilities. Basic knowledge of restaurant accounting, POS systems, and reporting. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in

Hospitality Management

or related field. Experience in fast-casual or Italian dining restaurants. Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
