We are a fast-growing restaurant chain in Abu Dhabi, renowned for our authentic South Asian flavours, warm hospitality, and commitment to quality. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a

dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor

to join our team and help ensure outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations Oversee opening and closing procedures during assigned shifts Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain service excellence Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation meet brand standards Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and support stock control Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare shift reports and support management in administrative tasks

Requirements:

2-3 years of proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of South Asian cuisine and service culture Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Fluency in English; knowledge of Urdu or Hindi is an advantage Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays UAE experience preferred; Abu Dhabi-based candidates are encouraged to apply
