Job Description

We are currently hiring on behalf of a premium restaurant group in Kuwait. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, high-end dining environment. Start date: ASAP Contract: 2 years ( the project duration is initially 6 months, with reallocation to other brands afterward. These could include premium, upscale, ongoing, or fast-casual concepts)

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within premium or upscale standalone restaurants (not hotels)

GCC experience is mandatory

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Excellent communication and guest service standards

Valid passport (minimum 2 years remaining)

Must be ready to relocate and join immediately i Preferred Cuisine Experience:

Italian

American

Pan-Asian (Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese)

Salary Package: KWD 400 / month (approx. 1,300 USD)

Basic Salary: KWD 300 Food Allowance: KWD 25 Housing & Transportation: Either company-provided shared accommodation and shuttle service (optional), or a combined housing and transport allowance of KWD 75 + KWD 25, depending on the employeeaEUR(TM)s preference.
