Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced

Restaurant Supervisor

to join our sports bar team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals. A passion for sports, hospitality, and leadership is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the sports bar restaurant, including opening and closing duties. Lead and motivate front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service during peak hours, especially during live sports events. Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, health & safety regulations, and hygiene practices. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Assist in staff scheduling, timekeeping, and shift management. Support training and onboarding of new staff to maintain service quality. Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock rotation in coordination with bar and kitchen teams. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery. Monitor floor activity, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Uphold a lively and engaging atmosphere that reflects a sports bar restaurant environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting (sports bar restaurant experience preferred). Strong knowledge of F&B operations and customer service standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team during high-volume periods. Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and major sports events.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and food pairings.
