Job Description
Staff Management:
Recruit, interview, train, schedule, and supervise front and back-of-house staff; resolve conflicts; and ensure high performance.Customer Service:
Ensure excellent guest experiences, proactively check on diners, and tactfully resolve complaints.Operations Oversight:
Oversee daily service, manage shifts, act as an expeditor, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor stock, order supplies, manage deliveries, and control costs.Quality Control:
Maintain standards for food preparation, presentation, and storage.Reporting:
Prepare reports for management and assist with financial management.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
