What you'll do:
Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure outstanding service and teamwork Oversee daily operations, including opening & closing duties Handle guest needs and resolve service issues with professionalism Train, coach, and schedule team members Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory control Ensure company policies and safety protocols are always followed
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role At least 2 years in a supervisory position Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
