, a premium coffee shop and gelato destination, is opening in Dubai's Old Village at Souk Al Seef. We're looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our team!Position:
Supervisor (1 position available)Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service orientation Knowledge of coffee shop or gelato operations preferred Ability to train, motivate, and manage staff Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service Lead, train, and supervise all staff members Maintain quality standards for products and service Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Manage inventory, scheduling, and operational tasks Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Report to management on performance and operations
