Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Support inventory control and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
Contribute to achieving revenue targets and improving customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment (heritage or fine dining experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
