We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Restaurant Supervisor

to join a reputed fine-dining restaurant in Oman. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant team in delivering a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service. Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, providing ongoing training and support. Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and attention to detail. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Monitor food and beverage service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation. Coordinate with the kitchen and management teams for seamless service flow. Manage stock levels, requisitions, and ensure proper usage of supplies. Support management in maintaining operational standards and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a

Restaurant Supervisor

or

Team Leader

in a fine-dining or casual dining restaurant. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. Understanding of

food safety and hygiene

regulations. Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage. Proven experience as a

Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Leader

(2-3 years minimum). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
