Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and support team development.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce wastage.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in implementing company policies, promotions, and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
Prepare shift reports and update management on operational issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Leader
(2-3 years minimum).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills Desired:
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Team player with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting.
