Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and atmosphere within the venue. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Oversee opening, closing, and shift handover procedures. Coordinate with management on staffing, scheduling, and operational requirements. Train, motivate, and coach team members to enhance performance and service quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment venues. Energetic, enthusiastic, and guest-oriented personality. Russian-speaking candidates will be given preference. Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
