Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Enforce company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety standards.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies to support daily operations.
Oversee shift scheduling and team coordination to ensure efficient restaurant workflow.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant in line with health and safety regulations.
Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Work alongside management to develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures.
Ensure adherence to proper opening and closing protocols.
Requirements:
2-5 years
of proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, preferably in a casual dining setup.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
