Krush Brands is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to lead operations at their fast-paced locations. If you've worked in pizza restaurants, fast food outlets, or cloud kitchens, this is your chance to lead a passionate team and keep the kitchen energy high!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead and delegate tasks to team members efficiently
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed
- Manage scheduling and support team motivation
- Handle guest feedback and ensure positive dining experiences
- Experience in Pizza Restaurant, Fast Food, or Cloud Kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certified Food Safety Person-in-Charge
- Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends
- Vocational Certificate or equivalent
- Positive, high-energy attitude
