Position Title:
Restaurant Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: incentives, paid OT, tips , annual leave and ticket and other benefits as per UAE labor law Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known Arabic restaurant and cafe in Dubai. o Supervise front-of-house operations during daytime including waiters, runners, and FOH stewards. o Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company and government guidelines o Ensure smooth customer service and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally o Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food serviceRequirements
Female, aged 35 years old and below o Minimum 2 years of experience in Supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry o Proven experience as a pre-opening supervisor in a casual or fine dining restaurant o Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
