Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.
Support scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate staffing.
Handle cash, POS systems, and daily financial reporting.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service.
Assist in opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
