Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate team members during shifts Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently Support staff training and performance monitoring Maintain compliance with health and safety standards Manage shift schedules, stock levels, and cash handling
Requirements:
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
