Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Dubai

Salary: 2500 - 3500

Burger Wings is a fast-growing, customer-focused restaurant serving the best burgers and wings in town! We're looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to lead our team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1- Oversee daily store operations, including staff management and customer service

2- Hire, train, and motivate team members

3- Maintain quality control, food safety, and cleanliness standards

4- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage costs

5- Ensure a positive and efficient work environment

6- Handle cash management and financial reporting

7- Implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction

8-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

9-Computer Literate and knowledgeable with POS System

Requirements:

A- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management (preferred)

B- Strong leadership and communication skills

C- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

D- Knowledge of food safety regulations

E- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
