is currently looking for a restaurant supervisor responsible for managing all aspects of a restaurant's operation.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant
Supervise every kitchen and dining room activity to ensure customer satisfaction.
Schedule activities (including shifts) for the restaurant's staff according to the restaurant's standards or guidelines.
Review employee performance record and provide training to help improve their employee's performance, when necessary.
Make sure that the restaurant attains every form of licensing requirement and quickly attend to repairs that have to be made within the restaurant.
Making sure that food is prepared as at when due, making sure that customers are satisfied, and that workers within the restaurant adhere to the restaurant's safety/service standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Must have good communication skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal abilities.
Must be able to coordinate and organize different activities simultaneously.
Should be able to set priorities right in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Must have excellent leadership qualities.
Must display flexibility in approach to work.
Must be an excellent team player.
Should know the basics and essence of a good customer relationship.
A degree in any hospitality-related field is a must have.
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role is also required.
