We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service, maintain operational efficiency, and lead a motivated team to deliver a top-tier dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance. Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. Train, motivate, and guide front-of-house staff. Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders when needed. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth service flow. Support in staff scheduling and shift planning. Report operational issues or feedback to the Restaurant Manager. Requirements Requirements: Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus. Experience: 24 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant (UAE experience preferred). Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of POS systems and restaurant operations. Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage). Availability: Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
