Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
Train, motivate, and lead restaurant staff to achieve service excellence
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling and team management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Assist in implementing promotions, events, and service improvements
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Enthusiastic and positive personality with a team-oriented mindset
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
Knowledge of POS systems (Micros), basic administrative tasks and computer literate.
