Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in accordance with company and local regulations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory and support in stock control and ordering processes.
Support management in achieving sales targets and cost control goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a supervisor or Senior Waiter in a high-volume or Asian restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines and dining culture.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
