Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide restaurant staff during shifts to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Maintain service standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Monitor floor operations, table turnover, and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and proper handovers.
Support stock management by monitoring usage and reporting shortages to management.
Assist in implementing promotional activities and special events.
Conduct daily briefings with staff to review priorities, policies, and service updates.
Enforce company policies, grooming standards, and workplace discipline.
Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues or incidents to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in a supervisory role in restaurants.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage staff and operations under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
