to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support staff in delivering high-quality food and beverages. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Train, schedule, and support restaurant staff (servers, hosts, kitchen staff, etc.).
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports.
Maintain proper communication between kitchen and service staff.
Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
Enforce company policies and service standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Basic understanding of financial and inventory management is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Culinary Management certification is an advantage).
