Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Ensure top standards in food quality, service, and hygiene
Manage staff schedules, discipline, and performance
Train and guide team members to reach operational excellence
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Provide regular reports to management on performance and needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
