Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Communicate effectively with both guests and team members in
Arabic and English

Ensure all hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are consistently met.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless service.
Monitor inventory, assist with stock control, and support cost management.
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Support management in achieving operational goals and maintaining brand standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Restaurant Supervisor
or
Team Leader
in an
Arabic or Middle Eastern restaurant
.
Arabic nationality
(required).
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
In-depth knowledge of Arabic cuisine and dining traditions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
