Position Title:

Restaurant Supervisor

Employment Type: Full Time.

Salary: Depending on experience

Experience: At least 3 years minimum in same position

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field Preferable

Job Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

Managing restaurant staff work schedules

Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.

Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.

Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service

Monitoring the restaurant cash flow and settling outstanding bills, opening and closing daily register

Training new employees as per their abilities and skills.

Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.

Ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them.

Reviewing customer surveys to suggesting, developing and implementing ways to improve customer service.

Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Checking with the guest and making sure that they are getting served with the best quality food

Other duties and responsibilities related to the position

Skills & Job Requirements:

Prior work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor

Positive attitude

EFS Certificate, HACCP preferable

Extensive demonstrated leadership skills.

Ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Strong organization and analytical skills

Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.

Excellent grooming standards.

Great time management skills.

Good communication skills
