Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met at all times.
Train and manage restaurant staff to ensure compliance with service and cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory, orders, and supplier relationships.
Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Assist in planning promotional events and marketing initiatives.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Preferably Female
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
