Manage and oversee the daily operations of the dietary department
Develop and maintain menus that meet the specific dietary needs of patients/residents
Ensure compliance with all dietary regulations and guidelines
Supervise and train dietary staff members
Monitor inventory and order food and supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dietary department
Assist in the development of dietary policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of proper nutrition to patients/residents
Handle and resolve any dietary-related issues or complaints
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the dietary program to ensure quality and efficiency
