Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Restaurant Supervisor
to join our team and lead daily operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant operations Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction Train, motivate, and support staff Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Contribute to sales growth and operational improvements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
